Add more bushels to your hopper with a Crary®️ Big Top™️
Higher yields and larger fields all lead to more frequent unloading of your combine during harvest. The difference between making a full round or harvesting those last few acres could be accomplished... if you had more capacity. Add more bushels to your hopper with a Crary®️ Big Top™️. Make longer passes between grain cart dumps and reduce your chance of cab corn! Don’t let money spill over! With both folding and non-folding models designed to fit most makes and models of combines on the market, it’s time to add a Big Top to your hopper.
At Geringhoff, our draper heads are engineered to provide the most flexibility and efficiency on the market. Our lineup includes our Flex
30’ rigid model, TruFlex Razor models (35’, 40’, and 45’) and the new XFR 50’ (XtremeFlex Razor)—our largest draper yet. The TruFlex Razor and XFR models feature 3-section frames and reels, and all of our models utilize a fully flexible cutter bar with up to 6" of travel for superior ground contouring. The XFR takes it further with 14° of vertical flex (7° up and down) for 52" of total flexibility—3x more than our nearest competitor. Centralized drives allow for lightweight and ultra-thin 4" end panels that increase flexibility and reduce crop loss. Our fully Integrated Air System (IAS)—the only one on the market—further reduces crop losses by capturing 2.4 additional bushels of soybeans per acre compared to harvesting without air.
At Geringhoff, our corn heads are designed to increase efficiency and maximize yield retention. Since 1880, we’ve led the way in innovation—introducing the first folding corn head and continuing to set standards in engineering and performance. Our North Star* row units require the lowest horsepower in the industry and use a four-knife snapping roll to crimp stalks and spread residue directly over the harvested row. For more aggressive processing, our North Star* XDC rolls crimp, slice, and dice stalks and leaves residue around the stubble, promoting faster decomposition. The Rota Disc® unit features a patented three-roll system and 15 carbide-tipped knives that vertically slice stalks, distributing them downward, creating an even layer for rapid breakdown. For enhanced processing, our Horizon row unit incorporates side-mounted swinging blades that create uniform stubble and evenly distributed residue. With multiple advanced options, Geringhoff delivers dependable harvesting solutions tailored to your residue management needs.
Fantini Corn & Sunflower Headers
The Fantini corn and sunflower headers perform and excel where others cannot. The high efficiency, low-maintenance PTO-driven gearbox eliminates slippage and power loss as it provides outstanding performance even in the most trying field conditions. Fantini’s side crop augers on the corn headers are known for picking up downed corn in the worst harvesting conditions. The sunflower headers have a belt option available on the row unit gathering system to harvest both sunflower and sorghum crops. Built for higher acreage and low cost of ownership, both heads fit any make/model combine and comes with an industry leading 4-year warranty.

Capello Diamant & Quasar Corn Heads
Since 1965, Capello has brought the most innovative and technology driven header solutions to the agriculture industry. The QUASAR corn head is known for low maintenance and high-efficiency performance and is available in nearly any row or spacing configuration, both rigid and folding. As the farming industry adapts to constant innovation, Capello developed the newest corn head model, the DIAMANT. Outfitted with upgrades such as dual deck plates, each hydraulically driven with synchronized movement to maintain centered stalk position during operation. Other features of the DIAMANT include built-in breakaway snouts to protect from impact, quick release center bonnets removing the need for bolts or hardware and aluminum cast gear boxes with independent row shut off.
One of the biggest challenges to manage each year is crop residue. Residue management can affect issues from volunteer crop to chemical cost to germination and springtime planting. Utilizing the advantages of a Capello corn head can make fall residue management less of a headache and reduce operating costs and passes across the field.
