Strip-Tiller Grows Quality Cotton in the Desert

FarmProgress features Phoenix, Ariz., area strip-tiller Jerry Rovey, who took home the 2024 Western High Cotton Award. Rovey strip-tills cotton behind alfalfa or a wheat crop. He’ll average 3-4 bale yields of Upland cotton per season.

Strip-Till Corn Yield King Featured on RFD TV

RFD TV goes behind the scenes with corn yield world-record holder David Hula. The Charles City, Va., strip-tiller recently broke his own previous record, growing 623.84 bushels per acre in the NCGA’s irrigated strip-till category.
