Exploring Strip-Till Nitrogen Placement for Safety & Yield

‘Fingers Crossed’ on Strip-Till Corn-on-Corn

Lance (@PetersenFarms) shared this video on X of a strip-tilled corn-on-corn field in east central, Minn. “Fingers crossed we can get this corn-on-corn spring strip-till thing to work out and avoid an epic disaster,” he says. Lance says dry fertilizer was applied in a RZB (root zone banding) pass before the strips were made.
