Brookfield, Wis. — Lessiter Media, a leading business-to-business media company serving the agricultural and equine markets, is pleased to announce the addition of Teresa Owens to its team as Brand Manager for the Ag-Grower Division, effective July 28, 2025.
In this role, Owens will lead strategic planning, audience engagement, brand development, and marketing initiatives across Lessiter Media’s core ag grower properties, including No-Till Farmer, Strip-Till Farmer, Cover Crop Strategies, and the company's related events and digital platforms. She will work closely with editorial, sales, and marketing teams to enhance brand value and drive growth among farmers, ag retailers, dealers, and industry suppliers.
Owens brings more than two decades of experience in media marketing, retention strategies, and multi-channel campaign execution. She joins Lessiter Media from BNP Media, where she served in several senior marketing roles. Most recently, as Associate Director of Subscriber Retention & Monetization, where she led a successful strategic shift in subscription marketing, focusing on lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, audience loyalty, and long-term monetization. Her approach emphasized data-driven decision-making, campaign optimization, and collaborative alignment across cross-functional teams.
During her time as Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Owens led membership marketing initiatives for multiple B2B brands, focusing on strategic audience segmentation, pricing model development, A/B testing, and collaborative campaign execution. Her efforts played a key role in improving profitability, streamlining costs, and enhancing customer retention across the brands.

Owens will be attending Lessiter Media’s upcoming Dealership Minds Summit and the National Strip-Tillage Conference in Iowa City, Iowa, later this month where she will have the opportunity to connect with farmers, equipment dealers, agribusiness professionals, and industry partners. She is looking forward to engaging with the agriculture community and exploring new ways to grow and serve the Ag-Grower Division’s highly engaged audience.

Owens holds a Master of Business Administration from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Walsh College. She resides in Macomb, Michigan.
