Through this collaboration, CIBO will provide essential measurement, reporting and verification (MRV) services to Nutrien’s sustainable agriculture programs across the Midwest, helping expand farmer access to both private and public incentives while supporting credible, scalable outcomes.

The package of spending bills fully funds the USDA for fiscal year 2026 and includes the extension of farm programs and authorities, not covered in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, that were set to expire on Dec. 31.
