Trump administration officials tout progress on farm reforms, but American Farm Bureau Federation President Zippy Duvall says shorter-term solutions are needed to fix "terrible imbalance" between prices and inputs costs.

At the recent Commodity Classic show in San Antonio, Rollins told ag media the trade situation for the U.S. is gradually improving, and input costs show some signs of coming down a bit. 

USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins announced Tuesday that the massive agency will be required to change its research focus to be more in alignment with the needs of farmers.
