Fairfax, Minn., strip-tiller Bruce Wichmann says chopping corn stalks immediately after harvest is crucial to successfully strip-tilling corn and soybeans.

The following are a few suggestions he had for attendees at the 2008 National No-Tillage Conference on how to make strip-till work right the first time.

The 4900 model is a front fold planter with several innovations that add to the flexibility of the frame. The biggest innovation in the 4900 model is an upgraded row unit and meter that increases overall efficiency.
